We specialize in Custom Software, e-Commerce, and Website Designing, and we are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive growth and foster strategic partnerships.

Ants Creation is looking for an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead our business expansion efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and nurturing client relationships, and contributing to the overall growth and success of the company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Understanding & analyzing customer requirements and pitch the customers accordingly.
  • Effective communication with clients & development team to meet desired targets.
  • Contribute towards continuous improvement of the company engagement with existing and potential clients.
  • Analyze the customer database & convert the potential target accounts to an active pool Conduct negotiations and close deals to meet revenue targets.
Requirements:
  • The ideal candidate must be around 25-35 years with full or part qualified in CIM/SLIM or any other similar professional qualification.
  • 2+ years experience in the field of Sales and Marketing is compulsory.
  • Experience as a Business Development Manager in the digital marketing industry would be an added advantage.
  • Excellent spoken & written communication skills in both English & Sinhala Should have strong work ethics.
