What this policy covers
This website, the enquiries you send us, and how we reply to you. If you reach us through a Facebook or Instagram lead form, or use our CRM connected to Meta, our CRM privacy policy at ants.lk/privacy-policy-2/ also applies.
What we collect
What you send through the enquiry form: your name, company, email, phone or WhatsApp number, the service you are interested in, an optional project budget range and your message. What you send us by email, phone or WhatsApp. If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics records the pages you visit, your device and browser, and your approximate location. Our web host keeps standard server logs, such as IP address, browser and time of visit.
How we use it
To reply to your enquiry, prepare a quotation or proposal, and deliver the work you ask for. Enquiries are emailed to our team, kept on the website for administrators, and recorded in Vero CRM, our own system, so each one is followed up. If you give a phone number, we may reply by WhatsApp. With your consent, we use Google Analytics to see which pages are useful. We also keep the records the law requires, such as invoices.
What we do not do
We do not sell personal information, and we do not send unrelated marketing to people who contact us without asking them first.
Who handles it for us
Hostinger hosts this website and our email. Google provides Google Analytics, which runs only if you accept analytics cookies. Meta provides WhatsApp, when you message us there or we reply there. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.
Where it is processed
These providers may process information outside Sri Lanka, under their own terms and safeguards.
How long we keep it
Only as long as we need it for your enquiry or the work, and for as long as the law requires us to keep records such as invoices.
Cookies and your choice
Google Analytics loads only after you click Accept, and you can change your choice at any time with the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page. Our cookie policy lists what is stored.
Keeping it safe
The website uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS), stored enquiries can be seen only by website administrators, and access to our CRM is limited to the people who need it.
Your rights
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, and you can object to how we use it or withdraw your consent. Write to hello@ants.lk. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the data protection authority where you live.
Changes
When our practices change, we update this policy and the date at the top of this page.
