Overview
What is a logistics management system?
A logistics management system runs courier and delivery operations end to end: booking, routing, driver assignment, proof of delivery and settlement. Vero Logistics Management is Ants Creation's platform for courier companies, third-party logistics providers and distributors in Sri Lanka, replacing paper manifests and spreadsheet dispatch.
Consignments are captured and barcoded at booking, grouped into branch manifests and routed to drivers by area and load. Drivers capture a signature, photograph and timestamp at the point of delivery, customers follow progress through tracking notifications, and cash on delivery is reconciled with each agent.
Operations reporting shows delivery performance, exceptions and branch productivity, so managers see where deliveries are slipping while there is still time to act.
Because booking, dispatch, delivery and settlement share one record, every consignment can be traced from the counter where it was booked to the agent who settled its cash.

Common questions
Vero Logistics Management, answered.
What does a logistics management system do?
It runs delivery operations in one system — booking, manifests, routing, driver assignment, proof of delivery, tracking and settlement — instead of paper manifests, spreadsheets and phone calls.
Can drivers capture proof of delivery on a phone?
Yes. Drivers capture a signature, a photograph and a timestamp on their mobile at the point of delivery.
Can customers track their deliveries?
Yes. Customer-facing tracking shows each consignment’s status, with notifications as it moves.
How is cash on delivery handled?
Cash collected by drivers and agents is reconciled against delivered consignments, and agent settlement is recorded in the system.
Can it receive orders from our clients’ systems?
Integrations, such as receiving orders directly from a client’s online store, are scoped during discovery and built by our own engineers.
Can it handle several branches?
Yes. Consignments move between branches on manifests, and each branch’s volumes and productivity are reported separately.
Can we see delivery performance by branch?
Yes. Operations reporting covers delivery performance, exceptions and branch productivity, so problems show up while there is still time to act.
Is Vero Logistics Management cloud-based or on-premise?
Both. Vero Logistics Management can run in the cloud or on your own servers; the choice is agreed during discovery, based on your locations, connectivity and IT policy.
