How do SAPEN’s members pay?
Through online payment gateways, by bank deposit with the proof verified by an administrator, or by manual entry. Each payment generates an e-invoice delivered by email, and finance staff approve or reject deposit proofs inside the system.
Who can do what in the system?
Access has five tiers: members, super admins, membership managers, finance officers and support staff. Permissions are set per module and per branch, and each role has its own dashboard, while an audit trail logs every action in the system.
How long did the project take?
Four months. The system was delivered on Vero Membership Management, Ants Creation’s membership platform, configured to SAPEN’s registration, payment and approval rules rather than built from scratch.
